Welcome to the Carroll County Delegation meeting from 5/22/15. The Delegation met to review the 2015 County budget. They met at the County Complex, 95 Water Village Rd, Ossipee and it began at 1:00 pm.

John Beardmore, New Hampshire Department of Revenue, DRA, Commissioner, announces a review of Carroll County finances as they relate to tax processing. Beardmore explains that the first flag was, last falls delay in setting the Towns tax rates. The second flag was a reported deficiet from an undesignated fund balance from 2013 and 2014. Beardmore goes on to announce two represetives from the Department will be working at the County to review and create a report to establish a clear financial picture of County finances. He adds that if anything is found that his team: "bumps into something that is more concerning" the process will move into another direction.
