The constitutionality of sobriety check points are being questioned by New Hampshire representatives in a recent county delegation meeting. Representative Norman A. Tragenza of Carroll County district 2 asks that the issue of sobriety check points be discussed with Sheriff Conley. Representative Karen Umburger Carroll County district 1 insists that the State should also be present. The meeting is set for July 19, 2011
