Welcome to the Carroll County NH Commissioners meeting from 5/29/13. Commissioners: David Babson, David Sorensen and Asha Kenney collectively administer the business of the County. The Board exercises budgetary control over County operations and prepares the annual budget for the approval by the County Delegation. The Board met at the County Administration Building, 95 Water Village Rd, Ossipee and began this meeting at 8:30 am.

23:25 Commissioner Babson questions an entry into minutes that pertain to a request Kenney made to HR. Background: Kenney received an email from an employee that wanted to know why there was a change in the job description for the HR position posting. Kenney ask Debbie Newlin, HR Generalist, what the change was, Kenney was not given the information. The descriptive phrase that was in the minutes was: "HR refused to give out the information" Babson's feels the phrase "refused" is not accurate and the minutes should be changed. Argument ensues
