Welcome to the Carroll County NH Commissioners meeting from 8/14/13. Commissioners: David Babson, David Sorensen and Asha Kenney collectively administer the business of the County. The Board exercises budgetary control over County operations and prepares the annual budget for the approval by the County Delegation. The Board met at the County Administration Building, 95 Water Village Rd, Ossipee and began this meeting at 8:30am.

22:29 Daymond Steer asks for another public comment period; Steer asks for clarification regarding the "confusing" discussion between the commissioners regarding meeting minute records; Sorensen discusses file or red binder that was found by the present HR Director; Discussion of what is in the RED binder found in the HR office;


26:41 Steve Brown, Wakefield resident, gives his observations regarding the RED BINDER that was found by the present HR director; he demands to know where the minute book was found; concern about public perceptions;
