Welcome to the Carroll County NH Commissioners meeting from 5/1/13. Commissioners: David Babson, David Sorensen and Asha Kenney collectively administer the business of the County. The Board exercises budgetary control over County operations and prepares the annual budget for the approval by the County Delegation. The Board met at the County Administration Building, 95 Water Village Rd, Ossipee and began this meeting at 8:30 am.

1:14:27 Babson- correspondence between Commissioner Kenney and an employee- background: Commissioners Babson and Sorenson received a complaint from an employee regarding information not being shared with commissioner Kenney over the employees "situation." Babson wanted to make it clear that their was no intent to withhold information from Kenney; Kenney clarifies situation;


1:18:09 Mellissa Seamans- point of order; requests an investigation of why commissioners Kenney was told she could not access employee information from the HR department; discussion ensues between Seamans and Kenney pertaining to Kenney stating "I asked for the change of the job description.. and I was denied by someone in HR" Seamans wants the "charge" that someone from HR refused to give Kenney the information be verified; Seamans requests a copy of the email with names redacted;


1:22:19 Kenney- discussion of attorney invoice; Liz Bailey; discussion about what line item the attorneys fees are coming from; conference calls; who voted to allow the calls to the lawyers since the process states a vote must be taken before contacting the Lawyers;


1:27:14 Kenney- memo from Deb Newlin; Background- Deb Newlin, Human Resource, found a document under a chair and placed a sticky note on it and gave it to Kenney. Argument ensues;
