PUBLIC COMMENTS: Joseph S Haas To RSA Ch. 80:4 bill and collect only what be legal and lawful. Your Delegation meets this Friday, May 8th with 2 of the 3 Delegates for Hale's Location there to maybe tell the rest of HOW they are instructing you to perform your duty by N.H. Article 8 ** of in an "orderly" and "lawful" manner. With the average house in N.H. taxed at about $5,000 a year, that with this 3/4 reduction (supposed to be paid for by the State), that would provide a nice financial benefit to those now who really need this as like maybe un-employed. To thus pay only $1,250 per year in property taxes, like $100 a month. You to please bill them right , or else expect a flood of Abatement Applications by the March 1st, 2021 deadline next year for over-paid 2020 property taxes, in which of after the decision in the Con Val case in June (?) of to then have to pay back that over-charge and with interest at six (6%) percent.
