The meeting will be called to order then immediately move into a non-public session in accordance with NH RSA 91-A:3. [Subsection missing] As of this date: At the time of this report. No record of the subsection was available. The minutes of the public portion showing the entrance into the non public meeting were not available at the time of this report, but were approved by this motion.


(b) Any motion to enter nonpublic session shall state on its face the specific exemption under paragraph II which is relied upon as foundation for the nonpublic session. The vote on any such motion shall be by roll call, and shall require the affirmative vote of the majority of members present.

Jon Rich (I.T.) stated a fiber line from the annex to the nursing home, did he mean to say from the Administration building to the Nursing home. The commission may be preparing the Old Nursing Home Annex for future use. The public should request a copy of the contract and installation map.

That we [The Commission] award a 3 year contract to Consolidated Communications for the construction of redundant communication wiring and that the increase will not exceed $480.00 per year and authorize the Chair to sign the contract.


Final: To award to Consolidated communications a 3 year contract for the purpose of constructing redundant communication wiring with an increase not to exceed $480.00 per year and to grant authority to the Chair to sign the contract with a total 3 year increase not to exceed $1,440.00 maximum.

It is unclear where this encumbered funds of $48,497.00 is coming from. Does it need to be transferred. The commission states the Auditors spoke with the finance manager and the money is available. $60,000.00 undistributed funds; [needs edit]

Commissioner Babson is unclear and not assured the taxpayer funding is being used for county residents, but votes to send the funds. Commissioner McCarthy also votes to send the funds then states she would have voted NOT to send if Commissioner Babson also voted NO. Further note that Commissioner Babson was previously concerned of spending funds during the Covid-19 pandemic and just voted to spend $48,879.00.
